G.M.S is a supplier for bags. We only offer our service to companies in the advertising specialty and promotional product industry. If you are an end consumer, please contact your local distributors.
Method:
Silk Imprint
Set up charge US$20/color
No reset up
charge for repeat orders within one year.
Prices on the website include one
color/location imprint.
Each additional color is US$0.28 per
piece/location.
PMS matching is available upon request at no extra charge.
PMS number is required.
Artwork:
We would require the artwork of the logo in the following
format; Ai, eps. Please also advise the pantone number for each specific
color.
Image proof:
Image proof is available and it is free of charge.
Counter sample:
Counter samples provided blank. We don’t charge anything on
spec sample, however we do expect customer to cover the freight by providing
their account number with any of the express courier. Such as UPS, DHL, FedEx or
TNT.
Pre-production Sample:
Pre-production samples are provided at no additional cost and
will ship via factory courier.
Price term:
All prices quoted are FOB Xiamen, China
Leadtime:
1 week FOB Xiamen, China after image proof or pre-production
proof confirmation
Rush orders:
We will make every effort to meet your needs without any
additional charge subject to production capacity. Air freight authorization may
be required to assure delivery requirements are met.
Order minimum:
100 pcs for each style.
Packaging:
One piece per polybag.
Special packaging is available upon
request. Additional charges may apply.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made in writing and will only be
accepted within 24 hours after order placed by either fax formal document.
Verbal cancellation is not acceptable.
Return/Replacement:
All claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the
shipment.
Disclaimer:
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee
continuity of exact shade, color, size, weight, texture, or construction of
finished products. We will make every effort to meet your delivery but we cannot
be liable for the inability to ship your products on time due to quotas,
customs, union strike, and natural disaster.
Payment Terms:
We require 50% down payment when placing order and balance
before shipment day. Major credit cards are also available with additional 3%
handling fee. Additional charge of US$100 may apply if total value per shipment
is less than US$1000.
Price term:
All prices quoted are FOB Xiamen, China. We can also quote
directly to your address via FedEx for small quantity.
Over/Under Run:
We reserve the right to ship up to 3% over or under the quantity ordered. Over/Under-runs will be invoiced at actual quantity.
Sample Charge:
Spec sample are provided at no charge for up to 2 pieces. Additional sample will be charge at website EQP. Distributors are required to provide courier account number for shipping.

Customer warrants that they have the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork adn shall indemnify and hold GMS harmless in any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork.
