Please email your request to quote@gms-china.com and a sales representative will be handling your inquiry in the soonest manner. Please kindly be sure to provide the following information in the email.
- Size of the item. W x H x D.
- Material of the item. Please be sure to indicate if there is lining inside the item.
- Pictures that show the structure of the item in detail.
- Quantity that you would like us to produce.
- Artwork of the logo in *ai or *eps format, and please indicate decoration method in either imprint, embroidery or other decoration method.

Set up charge US$20/color
No reset up charge for repeat orders within one year.
Price on the website do not include any imprint.
Each additional color is US$0.28 per piece/location.
PMS matching is available upon request at no extra charge. PMS number is required.
Artwork:
We would require the artwork of the logo in the following format; Ai, eps. Please also advise the pantone number for each specific color.
Image proof:
Image proof is available and it is free of charge.
Counter sample:
Counter samples provided blank. We dont charge anything on spec sample, however we do expect customer to cover the freight by providing their account number with any of the express courier. Such as UPS, DHL, FedEx or TNT.
Pre-production Sample:
Pre-production samples are provided at no additional cost and will ship via customer’s courier account.

Production Time:
5 ~ 7 business days after confirmation of image proof and payment received.
Minimum order:
100 pcs for each style.
Packaging:
Bulk pack.
Additional charge may apply if require for special packaging, such as individual poly bag.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made in writing and will only be accepted within 24 hours after order placed by either fax formal document. Verbal cancellation is not acceptable.
Return/Replacement:
All claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee continuity of exact shade, color, size, weight, texture, or construction of finished products. We will make every effort to meet your delivery but we cannot be liable for the inability to ship your products on time due to, customs examination, union strike at destination port, and natural disaster.
Payment Terms:
We require 50% down payment upon order placing and balance before shipment day. Major credit cards are also available with additional 3% handling fee. Additional charge of US$100 may apply if total value per shipment is less than US$1,000 to cover the export document fee. We will waive the US$100 if ship the goods via express courier service.
Price term:
All prices quoted are FOB Xiamen, China. We can also quote to any local address via express courier service if so request.
Sample Charge:
Spec sample are provided at no charge for up to 2 pieces. Additional sample will be charge at end quantity price listed on the website. Customer is required to provide international account number with any of the express courier.
